About the Race
You will love this extremely challenging course, running in high elevations in our beautiful Sierras. Great country, awesome views, lakes, creeks, rivers, great air quality, high elevation, very challenging, and breathtaking trails.

Active military receive a 15% discount. Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Price includes a shirt and finisher medal.
- 6:00 AM — Registration opens
- 6:45 AM — Trail briefing
- 7:00 AM — Start of all races
The start of this race is at the wonderful Strawberry Lodge and will finish in Kirkwood at Red Cliffs next to the Kirkwood Lodge.
Overall time limit is 12 hours.
All runners receive a medal for finishing the race.
Results are posted here after the race.
You may only assist your runner at aid stations and where your allowed to park near the Hay Flat aid station along the course. That is, unless your runner needs help.
Crews will be limited to one vehicle at checkpoints. No pets at checkpoints.
Runners are responsible for the actions of their crews.
Directions and Parking
There will be a shuttle fee back to the Strawberry Lodge from the Kirkwood Lodge that is separate from the registration fee for those interested in taking the shuttle back to the start of the race once finished. Shuttle fee and times to be announced.
Kirkwood has offered a 20% discount for lodging. More details coming soon.
*Please note that headphones will not be allowed on the course. This will be a disqualifier.
